TABINA, Zamboanga
del Sir (Oct. 16, 2018) – The PNP personnel of Tabina MPS conducted
police operation at PurokParan, Barangay Poblacion, Tabina, Zamboanga del Sur
at about 9:00 AM of October 15, 2018.
Arrested
was Ronald Puno y Ucong, 35 years old, male, fisherman and a resident of above
mentioned place.
The
suspect was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by presiding judge of 7th MCTC of Dimataling,
Tabina and Pitogo docketed under Criminal Case # number 18-2293-T for the Crime
of Unauthorized Commercial Fishing with bail bond of four thousand pesos
(Php4,000.00).
Upon
the arrest of the suspect, he was informed of his Constitutional Rights as
embodied under the Philippine Constitution and was immediately brought by the
arresting officers to Tabina MPS for booking and documentation.
The
suspect is now temporarily detained at Tabina MPS locked-up cell while applying for his
temporary liberty thru payment of his bail bond amounting to four thousand
pesos (Php4,000.00) at 7th MCTC (Dimataling, Tabina and Pitogo).
