TABINA,
Zamboanga del Sur (April 1, 2019) - PNP
personnel of Tabina Municipal Police Station conducted police operation (service
of arrest warrant) at Purok Bogo, Barangay Tultolan, Tabina, Zamboanga del Sur
at about 10:00 PM, March 31, 2019.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of Roel Ronolo Y Orlasan, 33 years old, single, storekeeper by
occupation, and a resident of Purok Bogo, Brgy. Tultolan, Tabina, Zamboanga del
Sur.
The accused was arrested by virtue of
Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Attempted Murder, docketed under Criminal
Case number 18-008, dated 13 February 2018, issued by Presiding Judge, RTC,
Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur with bail bond recommended fixed at
One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php120,000.00).
Subject person is now temporarily
detained at Tabina MPS detention cell while waiting for commitment order from
the court.
